Coast Physiotherapy has been providing mobile Physiotherapy dedicated to caring for seniors on the Central Coast for over 15 years. We come to you wherever you call home—a private home, a retirement village unit or an aged care facility - Mobile Physiotherapy services for seniors tailored to your needs.
We assist by treating injuries, aches and pains and help our clients get mobile again after hospital stays or operations. We also create treatment and exercise plans. These involve regular visits to help seniors achieve their health, fitness and independence goals.
Physiotherapy is about doing more and getting more out of life—not just treating muscles and joints. It’s about gaining the physical strength to improve your emotional well-being—through improved happiness, confidence, independence—and vital social and family connections.

Private Self-funded Clients
Our services can be paid privately with rebates available for clients who are appropriately covered under private health insurance. For more information on rebates specific to your situation, please contact your private health insurer.

Chronic Disease Management Plans
We accept Chronic Disease GP Management plans under Medicare, which can provide partial rebates for up to 5 Allied Health appointments per calendar year . Our clients are required to pay for the consultation in full and subsequently claim the eligible Medicare rebate.

How in-home physio works:

1 Submit an Enquiry here or call us on 1300 71 25 20. We’ll discuss how we can help you achieve your goals and book your first appointment
​
2 Coast Physiotherapy will book and visit you at a convenient time at home for your first appointment.
​
3 During your appointment, your physiotherapist will listen closely to your needs and concerns, learning more about any pain, health concerns, and goals.
​
4 Your physiotherapist will complete an assessment based on the above. This will help them create a one-page plan to achieve your health goals.
​
5 Once you’ve agreed to the plan, your physiotherapist can start physio sessions in the most convenient location—your home.
